Pr. Walter Williams was born in a Christian family. He joined the Indian Air Force when he was 17. He got married in the year 1977 and moved as a family to Sulur, India in 1979. He and his wife decided to serve the Lord together in the year 1990. They were able to conduct prayer meetings in their house in Sulur. To their joy, many were touched and saved through their ministry and continued to be witnesses of our Savior throughout India and abroad. Pr. Walter Williams and his wife Stella Walter had traveled all over India in ministering to people.
In 1998, God gave him a vision to leave his business and to start full time ministry at Trichy, India. Then they moved from Sulur to Trichy and started their ministry. They had around 25 prayer cells in and around Trichy. God enabled them to preach in conventions all over India and thus they served as Evangelists for the next 6 years.
On the 4th of February 2004, God spoke to him through Isaiah 56:7 to take up Pastoral Ministry. From the same verse God revealed to him the name of the church - Holy Mountain Prayer Fellowship and led him to a place called Kodaikanal.
On the 17th of May 2004, they moved to Kodaikanal and resided in a small town called Keezhbhoomi.
On the 23rd of the same month they started their first service in Keezhbhoomi.
On the 1st of May 2006, they also started a church at a village called Uppupaarai (12 kilometers away from Kodaikanal).
On the 1st of October 2006 they started a church in another village called AnjuVeedu.
On Jan 2009 they started a church in another village called Bharathi nagar.
Stella Christina was born in Munnar. She was exposed to good Christian values and was brought up accordingly. She was not able to carry a child after marriage. At this juncture, a Christian minister visited her. He prayed and prophesied that she would have a child. God heard her prayer and she was blessed with a child in 1984. Soon after, God also blessed her with a second son in 1988. She was baptized by the Holy Spirit and from then on stared ministry along with her husband.
Gibson Williams was born in the year 1984 to Pr. Walter Williams and Stella Walter. His birth was miracle unto them. God prophesied unto them saying Gibson will serve the Lord in ministry. He educated himself in music and has been helping his parents in their ministry right from his childhood days. He is a BBA graduate but was sure about his call. He has also completed a degree in Theology. He is currently with his parents helping in ministry. His main focus now is on teaching people how to pray. “Prayer for All Occasions” is a sequence of writing where he teaches on how to pray for various occasions.
Watson Williams was born in the year 1988. He is a BCA graduate and right now pursuing his degree in MCA. He too is a musician right from his young age. He was a part of the college band and still plays for various outreach meetings and conventions. He has released a music album along with Gibson.
